The Haus Caecilia is located  in a very tranquil part of the township  "Weidach- Foehrenwald". The building has a large garden - perfect for children to run freely. A pavilion can be found in the garden as well for those quiet evenings outdoors.

The inn is located only 60 meters from the Leutascher Ache River. This river traverses the entire Leutasch valley and is surrounded by large, rolling meadows.

The Ganghofer-museum, the church and the city hall / tourist office are a mere twelve minutes away.

 

Enjoy a great view of the Wettersteinmassiv mountain range to the north where you’ll see "Gehrenspitze", "Wettersteinspitze" and "Oefele-Kopf". And to the east you will see the "Arnplatten-Spitze". 

In summer, a trip from the Haus Caecilia to the top of "Große Arnspitze" is especially recommended. The trailhead is only five minutes away from the Haus Caecilia. 

A ski-jump, casino, and ice- skating rink can be found at the Rosshütte ski resort near the village of Seefeld, only five minutes away by car.
